Because our Technical Specialists have an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of IBM hardware and software, we are able to offer, on a best endeavours basis, support on most IBM FEP and peripherals.

For contracted customers our technical specialists are available to provide on-site software and hardware support at any time day or night at any location around the world.

International Technical Support can assist with Equipment audits, EC services including EC Notification, remote EC Installation support and assistance in obtaining and/or ordering EC's.

Additionally we offer 3 levels of support:
Level 1 - On receipt of the fault call via the RSF the End User is contacted so that

they are aware that the fault has been reported and then details of the fault is reported to the TPM.
Level 2 - ITS offers assistance with the development of Customer Service Planning. Level 3 - ITS offers Remote Technical Support, on-site support, EC support, Upgrade
support etc.

We currently support over 130 IBM processors, of which our record of successful escalation fix, for both remote and on-site support, is 100%.

All of the above services are available to contracted customers.
