The ITS bureau service enables maintainers to support and monitor equipment without the need for the associated tools and staff. ITS will monitor the equipment 24hrs 7 days
regardless of where it is in the world, simply change the telephone number in the machine to enable the service.
Once an error occurs the machine will automatically dial into the ITS Support centre where ITS staff will evaluate
the problem and immediately notify the problem to the equipment maintainer.Additionally the maintainer has access to their
account information, such as machines, errors, log information can be reviewed. This information can be accessed by a dial-up connection into the ITS system.
